The practical terms behind every Aurelio order, delivery and school fit trial.
Effective August 29, 2026The website provides commercial information about Aurelio school backpacks. Product measurements, weights, colours and photographs are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings, lighting and normal production variation may affect appearance.
Aurelio backpacks are ergonomic consumer products, not medical devices. Website content does not diagnose, treat or prevent pain, posture conditions or any other medical condition.
Adding a product to the bag does not reserve stock. Submitting the checkout form sends an order request only; no payment is taken on this website and the request is not automatically accepted.
Aurelio reviews availability, delivery information and the estimated total, then contacts the customer by email to confirm the final order details. We may decline a request if stock is unavailable, delivery information is incomplete, the request appears fraudulent or an obvious pricing or description error has occurred.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The checkout shows the product subtotal, selected delivery charge and estimated total before the request is sent. Applicable taxes or other legally required charges may be confirmed according to the delivery destination.
Any payment arrangements, where applicable, are communicated only after the order request has been reviewed. Customers should not send card numbers, security codes or other payment credentials through website forms or email.
Delivery estimates begin after order confirmation and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, school holidays, customs, address problems or events outside Aurelio’s reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes as required by applicable consumer law. Contact the atelier promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem or a parcel arrives visibly damaged, and retain the packaging while the carrier review is completed.
Choose the silhouette for the pupil’s proportions, school stage and ordinary load. Adjust both shoulder straps evenly, position the upper edge just below the shoulders and use the chest connector comfortably. Place heavier books in the rear compartment closest to the back.
A parent or responsible adult should check fit, condition and carried weight regularly. Stop use if the backpack is damaged or causes persistent discomfort. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about pain or individual medical concerns.
Eligible backpacks may be returned within 30 days after delivery under the school fit trial. Before returning an item, email the atelier with the order reference and wait for return instructions. Unless required otherwise by law, returned products should be clean, unmodified and accompanied by their original components.
The trial does not cover deliberate damage, misuse, unauthorised alteration, excessive wear or items returned without sufficient order information. Any approved reimbursement is arranged after inspection under the final order terms; original or return delivery charges may be excluded where permitted by law.
Follow the care guidance supplied with the backpack. Do not machine wash, bleach, heat-dry, cut or modify structural panels and straps unless the published instructions expressly permit it. Normal wear, cosmetic changes and damage caused by misuse are not manufacturing defects.
Colours, products and delivery methods may change or be discontinued. Any statutory warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Aurelio’s name, logo, photographs, video, text, layout and product presentation are owned by or licensed to the company. You may view the website for personal shopping or legitimate evaluation, but may not copy, scrape, republish, resell or distribute its materials without written permission.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or use forms for spam, abuse or unlawful activity.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. Aurelio is not responsible for indirect loss arising from unavailable website access, incompatible devices or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to 17242590 Canada Inc. and the customer’s non-waivable local consumer rights. We may update the terms when products, services or legal requirements change; the effective date identifies the current version.
