How information shared with Aurelio is handled from bag to school gate.
Effective August 29, 2026When you send an order request or contact the atelier, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, delivery address, selected backpack, colour, size, quantity, delivery method and the contents of your message.
Aurelio does not ask for a telephone number or payment details on this website. Please do not send medical records, passwords, card details or other sensitive information through a form or email.
We use submitted information to prepare and fulfil orders, send order and delivery updates, answer product or fit questions, administer the 30-day school fit trial, prevent misuse and maintain appropriate business records.
Information submitted for a school programme, partnership, press or advertising request is used only to assess and respond to that request. We do not use a child’s information for profiling or targeted advertising.
Order-request information is used to calculate the estimated total, review availability, arrange delivery and create an order record. No payment is taken through this website. Final availability, delivery details and any further steps are confirmed directly by email.
Aurelio does not request or store payment-card numbers or card security codes in its website forms. Do not include payment credentials in free-text fields or email messages.
The website uses browser local storage to remember the products, colours and quantities placed in your bag. This allows the same selection to appear in the bag drawer and checkout page. The stored bag remains on the device until items are removed, checkout is completed or browser data is cleared.
Essential technical cookies or similar storage may be used to keep the website secure and working correctly. We do not use bag contents to build third-party advertising profiles.
We may share only the information needed with providers that support hosting, email delivery, order administration and parcel delivery. A delivery provider may receive the recipient name, delivery address, order reference and contact email needed to complete delivery.
Providers process information under their own terms and safeguards. We do not sell order or contact information and do not provide it to third parties for their independent advertising lists.
Order records are retained for the period reasonably needed to fulfil the order, provide support, process a return or guarantee request, meet accounting requirements and resolve disputes. General enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and related business records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information submitted through this website, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and order-record requirements. You may also ask how information relating to a specific order or enquiry has been handled.
Send privacy requests to [email protected]. Include enough information for the atelier to identify the relevant order or message without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
